A simple challenge which requires the person participating to eat about six cloves of raw garlic on an empty stomach in the morning and post a video of the same for a month!!!

The rules are pretty clear and simple. It is not only healthy but also fun to challenge your friends and family to “go garlic go”. Waiting for what, right from the next morning start eating garlic and post your videos and challenge anyone you know!

*When you undergo this challenge, it’s good to drink lots of water, eat good food, and avoid processed foods, red meat, and refined sugar.

If you prefer, stay home, rest, and let the garlic fumes leave the body in peace.
